We hope you love your Blakey Finds purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards, clearance items, or personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos for verification.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@blakeyfinds.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
